Our holistic method makes all elements of design come together cohesively, while attending to the details that make your home unique. We design and execute on full scope spaces: this includes furnishings, lighting, floor coverings, painting/wall finishes, window treatments, art, and accessories.

HERE’S WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE…
PHASE 1: CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
The project kicks off with a deep exploration of your living habits and style preferences: How you want to use your space; what colors and textures you like; where your visual inspirations come from; etc.
We also conduct a site measure of your space, and bring in trade professionals who may be needed to execute on the project’s scope.
Next, an aesthetic concept is proposed: We present visual design inspirations based on your style, and listen carefully to your inputs.
Then, we organize a private VIP showrooms day for you, taking you to our favorite furniture and design galleries that are typically not open to the public. We’ll have fun!
Finally, we put together a furnishings investment budget and project scope, for your review.
PHASE 2: SCHEMATIC DESIGN
We propose a full design scheme fitting the parameters of our agreed investment budget and project scope: All furnishings, finishes, and accents — down to the last detail.
We tap our networks to bring you designs from a broad range of contemporary makers and vintage sources. From international luxury brands to local artisans, we curate a design that is completely customized to your needs and your style.
One optional round of revisions is included if you’ll want to change something out.
PHASE 3: IMPLEMENTATION
Once the design scheme is finalized, our firm takes on all of the project execution: Ordering, shipping, inspecting, warehousing, and resolving deficiencies. You sit back while we handle restorations, back orders, damages, replacements — any issue that comes up!
When all items arrive safely to our local warehouse, we organize professional white glove delivery to your apartment, including arranging elevator access and COIs with your building’s management company (if required).
We line up and oversee Trade professionals to install lighting, art, fixtures, and window treatments.
The project concludes with professional photography, documenting your beautiful new space.
