PHASE 1: CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
We begin with an exploration of your design goals, uncovering your aesthetic preferences, lifestyle, and functional needs.

We’ll do an intake of your desired style and how you want your space to serve you.
Next, an aesthetic concept is proposed: We present visual design inspirations and listen carefully to your inputs.
We arrange a VIP showrooms day, introducing you to our favorite design galleries that are typically not open to the public. It’s a fun, action-packed day of exploration.
We conduct a site measure, and bring in any relevant trades: window treatment professionals, art consultants, plant specialists, handymen/contractors.
Finally, we present an itemized furnishings investment budget and project scope to create the parameters of your design project.
PHASE 2: SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Tapping our broad network of design sources, ranging from global luxury brands to local artisans, we curate a design that is completely customized to you.

We propose a full design scheme fitting the parameters of our agreed investment budget and project scope: All furnishings, finishes, and accents — down to the last detail.
We lean on our signature mix of vintage + modern design to craft a unique space.
One optional round of revisions is included.
We take on ordering, shipping, tracking, inspecting, warehousing, and resolving deficiencies. We’ll solve problems before you even know anything is wrong: restorations, back orders, damages, replacements — any issue that comes up!
PHASE 3: IMPLEMENTATION
Your design goals are brought to life through white glove delivery and installation.

Once all items arrive safely to our local warehouse, we organize professional white glove delivery to your home, including arranging elevator access and COIs with your building’s management company, as needed.
We line up and oversee professionals to install lighting, art, fixtures, and window treatments.
The project concludes with professional photography, documenting your beautiful new space.
