Time & Place Interiors creates dream spaces for busy New York homeowners who want a fresh, unique space. Through a seamless process and our signature mix of vintage + modern designs, we handle beginning-to-end design and execution of your project.

Our holistic method makes all elements of design come together cohesively, while attending to the details that make your home unique.
We design and execute on full scope spaces. This includes furnishings, lighting, floor coverings, painting/wall finishes, window treatments, art, and accessories.
Here’s how we do it:
1. The project kicks off with a deep exploration of your living habits and style preferences.
2. Next, an aesthetic concept is proposed, where we present design inspirations based on your style, and listen carefully to your inputs. We also organize a private VIP showrooms visiting day to design galleries not typically open to the public.3. We conduct a site measure of your space, and bring in trade professionals who may be needed to execute the project’s scope.
4. Then we put together a furnishings investment budget and project scope, for your review.
5. A design scheme is then proposed with all furnishings, finishes, and accents — down to the last detail. We tap our networks to bring you designs from a broad range of contemporary makers and vintage sources. These selections will create a cohesive design curated specifically for you, fitting into the parameters of our agreed investment budget. One optional round of revisions is included if you’ll want to change something out.
6. Then, our firm takes on all of the project execution: Purchasing, shipping, inspecting, warehousing, and resolving deficiencies. You sit back while we handle restorations, back orders, damages, replacements — any issue that comes up!
7. Finally, we organize white glove delivery and installation to your apartment, including arranging elevator access and COIs with your building’s management company. We line up professionals to install lighting, art, and fixtures.
8. The project concludes with professional photography of the space, bringing the design to life.
